Identified - Today, we received notification from the DOT regarding their updated procedure for delivering FMCSA L&I files which impacts carrier authority status as shown in the SaferWatch system. We're reaching out to inform you that this new process will result in delays to certain information we typically provide to you.
The DOT's new process for delivering FMCSA L&I files means we'll have a delay in processing DOT reported data. This might result in a delay of around 14-15 hours in updating our system with the latest information.
We're working closely with the FMCSA to continually improve how information is provided to you. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we navigate the DOT’s new process.
